Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp dried parsley
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- sea salt to taste

In a small bowl, thoroughly mix together garlic, lemon juice, mustard and honey. 

Slowly whisk in olive oil until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and mixture begins to thicken. 

Add parsley, thyme, pepper and salt; stir. 

Can be stored in the in a glass jar in the refrigerator for two weeks.
