My Philosophy

I believe that the constant effort of the body’s life force is always in the direction of self-cleansing, self-repairing and positive health.  Disease, or downgraded health, may be eliminated only by removing the real cause and by raising the body’s general vitality so that its natural and inherent ability to heal is allowed to dominate. 

My approach to losing weight and gaining perfect health, and fertility, is to:

  • Avoid, or limit, the nutrient-poor foods and substances that cause disease.
  • Eat nutrient-rich, whole foods, a lot of it raw.
  • Ensure proper hydration.
  • Exercise daily for at least 20-30 minutes.
  • Get enough sleep.
  • Spend at least 20 minutes per day outdoors with the eyes uncovered so that natural light can penetrate the eyes.
  • Listen to my body and heed the signs and warnings it sends out.
  • Stay on the forefront of nutritional research.

These measures will not only ensure weight loss, but will boost the immune system, balance the hormones, preserve the bones and protect against chronic degenerative disease.
