I ache in the places where I used to play

Yeah, that’s how I feel.

Especially my feet… they throb even when I’m lying in bed at night.

Moving is not for very fat 40-year old women!

Note to self: Lose weight or you’ll be an invalid soon.

In other news, the move went really well and we are about 95% unpacked and settled in. Normal life will resume on Monday.

Have a great weekend!

    All the best in the new abode. Moving house is my biggest no no. That’s why I have a caravan so that I can take my house with me when I want to move. :-}

    Congrats on the move. I was thinking of you yesterday and hoping you were doing ok. Maybe a hot bath with epsom salts? That always helps me when I am sore. Enjoy getting settled into your beautiful new home.

    My feet ache a lot too. I got some Crocs to wear around the house. It helps a lot, especially in the mornings.

    Loved the “note to self” :)

    One thing I do, when I remember, is soak my feet after a long hard day like moving in water as hot as I can stand. I soak them for at least 20 minutes, and it really helps.
