I read this book years ago. When i mean years ago I mean I read it when I was about 18…20 years ago! Shite, I’m an old fart!

My galfriend Joyce used to teach a ‘loving yourself’ series of classes, & would show a Louise Hay film at the beginning, featuring a bunch of folks who were HIV + & somehow dealing with it! Joyce would say “If THESE folks learn to love themselves (most were gay men, dealing with a life of being shunned or hiding their orientation) so can you!!”
Louise H. has done so much to encourage good self esteme & taking charge of how we ‘feel’ & live our lives!

I’ve done a research about this book after reading your post, and I must say, It is truly a good one! Loving one’s self comes with accepting yourself first, accepting for who you are and what you are. In that way, the healing process comes along. Thank you for sharing this one! Keep posting!
