Treating the symptoms doesn’t cure the disease
Posted on Apr 29, 2008 under Health, Diet and Lifestyle |I absolutely adore this video! It shows exactly where “medical science” has gone wrong.
I’d love to hear your opinion!

Should be shown in schools! Thanks for sharing.
You’re so right. It’s all about prevention. But, that would put all the drug companies out of business so why not keep the populace fat and unhealthy and keep selling the drugs for cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, on and on and on.
It’s so important for us to be healthy and fit and now worry about “skidmarks”!

Isn’t the truth!! (Although I think my husband really does have skid marks diease *wink*)
How are you doing, Hanlie? I really want to include your juice feasting story in an ebook that I am working on. Would you be willing to be a contributor? The Rainoshek’s and Angela Stokes will be writing for it, and I will have other stories from feasters around the globe in it as well. Let me know if you would consider it!

Ha, ha. It is so ridiculous you can’t help but laugh at it. Unfortunately it is also so real that you can’t help but feel bad about it. Thanks for sharing it.
PS I am going to contribute to Penni’s book too so we can be in it together. Come on board girl. :o)

Don’t worry. Even if we helped prevent the diseases by keeping people healthy (like we should be doing) the hospitals wouldn’t go out of business. We would still be full of people faking the diseases in order to get attention and pain medicine. Some days I feel like all of my patients are faking it and they aren’t very good actors.

Hey woman, do you have a weekly total for the pedometer challenge? I don’t think I got one for you and I wanna make sure you get credit for any steps you took!

Brings home that old adage, An Ounce of Prevention is Worth a Pound of Cure! LOL!

I think we’d all agree that prevention is better. Having said that medical science is pretty damn amazing nowadays.

Wow - is that ever an awesome video - I would love to use it on Evolving Wellness and add in an article about prevention as truly I feel most people do not hear that enough. We are so obsessed with wanting “masked, quick fixes” when it comes to so much even more than just our health.
