Cure for snoring
I read this interesting little tidbit the other day and thought I’d share it with you. And no, it’s not an April Fool’s joke!
Singing may help snorers, and their bed partners, enjoy more silent nights.
Twenty chronic snorers, ages 36 to 62, practiced singing techniques and exercises 20 minutes every day for 3 months. Researchers at the University of Exeter in England found that study participants snored significantly less once they had started singing.
Singing may help by firming up flabby muscles in the upper airways, researchers say.
Though the volunteers in the study practiced singing exercises, belting out your favorite show tunes for 20 minutes a day may also help
Now where did I put my guitar? I wonder which Craig would consider the lesser of two evils? My singing or my snoring?

It’s a good thing I don’t snore because my singing would scare small children. And large adults.

I’ll have to tell my mother about the singing. She has sleep apnea and has a terrible problem with snoring.
I hope that the juicing is still going well for you–kudos on that once again! Have a beautiful day.

Too funny because I don’t know what would be worse, my hubby’s singing or his snoring (which is horrible!).

Hi Sweetie! First, I like the redesign on your blog. It’s lovely! Second, I smiled when I saw the photo today. What a goofy shot of that llama - love it! Do you really play guitar? So do I! Let’s get together and do a duet. Can my hubby join us? He’s the one who snores like crazy!

How interesting! I’m not sure I know enough lyrics to sing for 20 minutes, but I’ll give it a try.
(Congrats on your award—definitely deserved!!)
