Juicy News - Day 11

What I consumed today:
- 250 ml warm water, lemon and cayenne pepper
- 250 ml Barleylife
- 500 ml Herbal Fiber Blend
- 750 ml apple and celery
- 2 liters spinach, celery, cucumber, leek, carrot, tomato, garlic, apple, lemon, red bell pepper, cayenne pepper
- MSM
- Flax oil
Weight: Starting weight 157 kg. I weighed in at 150.7 kg this morning, making it a loss of 6.3 kg.
Exercise:
- One hour aqua aerobics. Tough session – I’m feeling it!
Energy Levels: I was up bright and early, but was tired after my aqua class and had to recover somewhat before going grocery shopping.
Emotions: Sad. My half-sister’s mother passed away today. I didn’t know her, but I’m sad for my sister.
Positive changes:
- Soft smooth skin.
- Wounds and spots healing quickly
- The skin on my hands is definitely healing.
- No more swollen feet, or hands – I can wear my engagement ring again!
Detoxification symptoms:
- My tongue is still coated – I do scrape it.
- Body odour.
Food cravings:
- Sweet corn
- Bread!!!! I had such an overwhelming desire for bread when I was in the grocery store. That was probably the hardest moment so far on the feast.
Self-care:
- Skin brushing.
- Alternate hot and cold showers.
- Watched inspirational slideshow.
Thoughts on the day:
- I keep studying myself in the mirror. There’s something different about me. Something long forgotten is starting to shine through. It’s still covered in layers of fat, but it’s as if there’s been a shift of light and a younger, more hopeful, more innocent, bright-eyed, sharper featured Hanlie is starting to appear. The face I’m seeing in the mirror has been gone for more than a decade. I’m finding the process fascinating.
- My hormones are waking up! I’ve got sexy back! Got to get hubby some Ginseng!
- I love life! I love the possibilities! I love my Juice Feast!

13.9 lbs! Hanlie, that’s fantastic!
I admire your dedication and can’t wait to feel as exhubliant as you are right now…great going!
I’m interested…are you talking about skin tags? I have several of them around my neck and upper chest. I think I read in Prevention magazine that they may be a sympton of a suppressed immune system. So it’s very interesting to me that you’re seeing them disappear.
I’m sorry for your sister’s loss.

Yes, the lady emailed me this evening and this is what she said:
“Thank you so much!!!!!
Your generosity does not go unnoticed and or unappreciated!!!
Amy”
That made my night! I emailed and told her that I would let her know when I have more things and give her first chance of picking it up!
It feels good to purge the house and help someone that needs it!
I am going to do that “tag” thing on your previous post!

Hi Hanlie! I love your story–you were so graceful with the whole situation. I’m glad the gentleman acted like a gentleman. You are right–situations like that will cease to occur very soon–in the meantime, keep up the positive attitude. You are doing awesome!!
