Exercise:
- Planned rest day
Energy Levels: I slept well last night and had a lovely nap in the afternoon.
Emotions: I felt very much at peace today.
Positive changes:
- Soft smooth skin.
- Wounds and spots healing quickly
- The skin on my hands is definitely healing.
- No more swollen feet, or hands – I can wear my engagement ring again!
Detoxification symptoms:
- My tongue is still slightly coated – I do scrape it.
- Frequent and copious bowel movements.
Food cravings: Sushi
Self-care:
- Long, long Jacuzzi
- Skin brushing.
- Alternate hot and cold showers.
- Watched inspirational video.
Thoughts on the day:
- I’ve got so much going through my mind right now… I think it’s time to start working through the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) book. I may have been a bit oblivious about the emotional side so far. I’m also planning to do some guided meditations.
- I wasn’t very “hungry” today, so I didn’t drink as much juice as I should have. My stomach has been very active and I think my body is just in an elimination phase today.
- My period arrived last night and I’m very excited about my new cycle! Can’t wait to see what changes will occur!
- I love tomatoes in my vegetable juices!
- It was a lovely day. I am at peace.

Thanks for thinking of me! It’s ROUGH! I would do anything just to make sure my kids are safe, healthy and happy!
Michael asked for some nine grain bread and I let him have some. I figured if he was asking he must be hungry due to the throwing up.
He ate half and then I gave him saltines to calm his belly better and 75% water, 25% juice so it’s diluted.
I just want my little sweetie pie to feel better.
Hubby was helpful and got all of the many blankets and clothing that Michael got sick on so that helped me a lot.
I of course was trying to figure out how I was going to get that done too and hold/rock him while he was sleeping.
Hubby just took the baby to my parents house. This will be his first overnight! He’s almost 6 months so he is perfectly ready to go.
My Mom and Dad will just spoil the heck out of him!!!
So, I was looking at your blog and you are doing FABULOUS!!!
I just love reading your juice feasting journey. The picture of the tomatoes too was refreshing to look at! I love tomatoes!
So I see you are going to start EFT!
I have done a little tapping (would like to get more into it and read more into it) I will say though that I was ripping my nails and biting them with stress for YEARS and recently starting doing EFT about it and my nails have started getting longer so I painted my nails last night!!!!
I was bringing my fingers to other fingers getting ready to rip them (basically like clicking my finger nails together and then they get weak and I tear them due to stress) and EFT I believe has made me more aware because I stop myself. It’s amazing what your mind and body and affirmation can do! I usually do it in the shower. The warm water on my back and my eyes closed and start the tapping points. It’s relaxing and I can focus the best in there because all I hear is the shower water (unless of course my tot is in there with me) then I don’t tap at all!
I plan on doing it for weight loss as well. I want to get a really good book on it.

10 dae! Wow! And still going strong.
Re above comment and mention of “tapping” - does that refer to Bodytalk?

Monica, the book I have is called “Emotional Healing In Minutes” by Paul and Valerie Lynch. I’ll let you know if it’s any good!
Jane, EFT is the practice of tapping certain acupressure points while repeating affirmations. I haven’t really studied this, but they do mention that there’s a relation to kinesiology.

I am glad you were able to enjoy some peace and relaxation. It is such a nice gift to give yourself.
I wanted to ask you about the smoothies. Are we supposed to drink these? I was under the impression that it was just juice. I am curious to know.
Also, how much turnip did you use in your juice and did it taste good? I need to get some variety in my juice so I don’t get bored.
I am full of questions tonight aren’t I? I am pooped. I am going to rest. Talk to you soon.

The book is Last Breath by Michael Prescott.
“A password protected site. The password being Fatima, as in Bluebeard’s seventh wife.”
“How do you know that?”
Rawls smiled. “The password or the story?”
Not very interesting
Oh, and must see that fruit salad recipe
