Juicy News - Day 5

 03-ps17-2apple-newton-posters.jpg

Juice and Supplements:

  • 250 ml warm water, lemon and cayenne pepper
  • 500 ml Barleylife
  • 2 liters mango, pineapple, grapefruit, apple, raspberry, litchi, yello cling peach, cantaloupe, plum
  • 2 liters spinach, rocket, chili, cucumber, celery, red bell pepper, tomato, cilantro
  • 500 ml Herbal Fiber Blend
  • Flax oil
  • MSM

Weight:  Starting weight 157 kg.  I weighed in at 153.5 kg this morning, making it a loss of 3.5 kg.

Exercise:

  • I missed my workout today.  The washing machine people were supposed to phone me before a certain time, which they didn’t do, so I was waiting for them to come pick up the old machine, which they didn’t do either.  Then my niece phoned and asked if I could fetch her from the airport.  I had to reshuffle my whole schedule!  I hope that the collecting of the old machine and the delivering of the new machine don’t interfere with my aqua class tomorrow…

Energy Levels:  I was about 8/10 today.

Emotions:  I was fine.  No highs or lows.

Positive changes:

  • I look thinner, especially around the waist.
  • I’m glowing.
  • My skin is becoming softer from the body brushing.
  • My pimples and cuts are healing within 24 hours!

Detoxification symptoms:

  • Coated tongue
  • Some pimples
  • I get cold more easily
  • The chronic skin condition on my hands is inflamed, but there are no new blisters.  Of course I spend a lot of time rinsing and washing either fruit and veg or equipment.

Food cravings:   Olives

Thoughts on the day:

  • One is supposed to do daily enemas while juice feasting, but anyone who’s ever been obese will be quick to tell you that it would be impossible for me to hold in an enema while I get up from the floor!  So I’m going for a colonic tomorrow and I’ll have one every week while on the feast.  I am taking Herbal Fiberblend, which also helps clear the colon.  The cleaner the bowel, the more toxins can be eliminated through it!
  • I’ve been thinking about food indulgence, gluttony, bingeing and overeating and am suddenly finding the idea distasteful.  When I think of how I used to eat I see the image of a savage!
  • I asked Craig this morning whether he wanted me to buy a piece of roast chicken to shred into his salad for supper, and he said no!  He’s not eating chicken anymore, because of all the growth hormones and antibiotics.  So he’s now eating fruit and a bread roll with tomato during the day and salad for supper.
  • Do you want to learn to take better photographs?  Corey is giving photography tips. I want to be able to take beautiful pictures of my kids one day!  What do you think of my efforts, bearing in mind that cats are not as biddable as children?

Bonnie, the mental cat

Lavis, the center of attention

Pepper

Pepper

  • Picture #1 is a photo I took last week, before getting the tips.  Still, not a bad picture of Bonnie
  • Picture # 2 is Lavis.  She rarely sits still, so I didn’t have much time to frame the shot, but I think it came out nicely anyway.
  • Pictures # 3 & # 4 are of Pepper.  She’s very photogenic!

I’m sorry to hear your workout schedule was interrupted but I guess thats all a part of life.
